A miracle…

As you may know I have been in the process of applying for my 2-year religious workers visa and I needed this visa to be approved before I could lead my outreach team to Papua New Guinea (PNG). It was getting closer to the time of departure for our outreach and since I hadn’t heard anything about my 2 year visa I had to apply for a bridging visa, which allows me to leave the country for my outreach and not cancel the process of applying for my 2 year visa. I’m communicating all this in order to say that my bridging visa was approved! PRAISE GOD!! Thank you so much for your prayers. God is such an amazing provider!

God is sooooooooo good! His character doesn’t change. He is steady and constant. I really battled to keep faith and trust God and it has proved to be a worthwhile battle! I want to rejoice with you and thank you for battling in prayer with me because God has heard our prayer and answered!! I also want to encourage you to keep the faith because God is amazing and He is so much bigger than anything we may consider to be a giant in our lives.

Just so you know where I’m at with the whole visa situation altogether. With the bridging visa I’m able to go on outreach to PNG. I will remain on my bridging visa once I return to Australia from PNG, until my 2-year visa is approved. My original plan was to depart Australia for a visit to North Carolina only 3 weeks after returning from my outreach in PNG; to spend Christmas with my family. I will not be able to come home for a visit unless my 2-year visa is approved. At this point there’s no telling how long it will take for it to be approved, but I have complete hope and faith in the Lord. I’m trusting that if it is God’s will then I will go home for Christmas; if not then He must have a reason for me to stay in Australia a little longer before making it home for a visit. Please join me in prayer that the Lord’s will be done and for His direction in what ministry area He desires me to work in next quarter (January). Many blessings to you!!
